- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a high-performance role and fluid environment.
- Ability in problem solving, investigative and decision-making skills.
- Ability to present to executives and communicate with technical management team.
- Excellent communication skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will work with multiple partners and stakeholders to create and deploy product and sales strategies that drive advertiser success and Google’s growth. You will partner closely with Sales and Specialist leadership, Global Product Leads and Program Manager (PM) gTech, Marketing and our counterparts around the world to shape the product roadmap and drive the commercialization strategy for critical products and features. In short, you will drive business growth at scale.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and refine the Americas go-to-market strategy for the Apps business, which include iOS campaigns, advanced bidding (tROAS), video and creative, and App Campaigns for Engagement (ACe).
- Lead identification of top 20% of clients who will drive 80% of the product business, and create activation levers to drive growth at scale.
- Analyze business needs and identify points of leverage to drive adoption. Drive adoption of iOS, tROAS and new product features, track feature adoption and determine how to accelerate.
- Identify gaps in products and build business cases to influence the product roadmap based on advertiser needs.
