Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in a software development or equivalent role, with a focus on building and deploying AI-first web applications
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD degree.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on GCP such as Cloud Run, CloudSQL, Bigquery.
- Experience in front-end development using Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with Python for back-end development and data manipulation.
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitments.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications that deliver data science created capabilities to internal auditors and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement solutions for process automation, AI enablement and comprehensive reporting for existing audit workflows.
- Partner with data scientists, strategy and operations analysts, and cross-functional teams including Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management to translate audit needs and models into user-friendly tools.
- Deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code across the entire stack, primarily using Angular and TypeScript for the front-end and Python for the back-end.
