Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS or Unity).
- 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Urdu fluently to communicate in this customer-facing role
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Software Development Kit (SDK) Plugin Development.
- Experience with Mobile App Analytics (Firebase) and Data Analysis.
- Experience in AdTech Space (Ad Business Generation, User Acquisition, ROAS, LTV).
- Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues and surface potential root causes of bugs.
- Ability to interact with external customers to understand needs and position products and also collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion.

- Build expertise around mobile apps and business generation products and implementations (Android, iOS).
- Resolve product and technical escalations from sales teams and develop solutions to scale support.
- Drive technical and product consultations with mobile app developers. Working closely with sales teams to provide the right solution for business.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies and workflows. Develop and roll out best practices to accelerate product adoption and growth.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product strategy, design, and prioritization.
