Quality and Continuous Improvement Program Manager YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
  • 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships.
  • 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, program management, analytics, process quality.
  • 2 years of experience in Process Improvement, Communication, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and
    generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience with dashboard tools such as SQL, Datastudio, or Tableau.
  • Excellent in program management, align programs to business strategies, deliver results, communicate with stakeholders, govern program activities, and support integral program processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

This role will help steer the quality assurance program to ensure quality in vendor operations. You will set the standards for operational quality and processes, ensure all vendor sites meet and exceed those goals. Partnering with Operations experts, you will continuously fine tune the operational framework to improve user experience and quality of the results. You will get your hands in our ongoing operations by performing dives on the impact of metrics.


This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content during team escalations in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build/Support global quality programs, driving consistency, and continuous improvement across workflows/processes.
  • Improve Key Performance Indicators by evolving the Quality Assurance system to better identify, measure, and improve opportunities in processes, tools, and training.
  • Build relationships with executive members of cross-functional organizations to represent what agent skills drive performance.
  • Work alongside YouTube’s Product, Enforcement, and Partner teams to prepare for product launches and keep pace with product and policy changes.
