Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in abuse escalation, incident response or security incident management.
- Experience with machine learning technology or platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional situations - building consensus.
- Ability to debug issues of a technical nature, partnering with engineering teams.
- Excellent organization skills, along with experience in bug tracking and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in multiple formats to various audiences along with presenting at executive level.

Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous improvements to our escalation response processes to meet key Objectives and Key Results.
- Partner with key senior stakeholders in Engineering, Legal, Analytics and Public Relations to support our escalation responses.
- Leverage technical skills to identify system vulnerabilities to recommend mitigation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional Intel teams to share abuse mitigation strategies.
- Leverage the excellent communication to ensure stakeholders and executive leadership have timely and accurate information on high profile escalations.
