Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with full stack development, across backend technologies such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and frontend experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- Experience in leading technical projects with partners or related industry partners.

- Work on a technical project to build solutions and gain exposure to scale and complexity.
- Develop technical skills, build confidence in abilities, and prepare for a career in computer science.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve real-world problems.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Create and support a productive and innovative team, including working with peers, managers, and teams.
