Creator Video Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g. search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer and market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to influence strategy using third-party insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, investigative, and organizational skills.

As a Creator Video Specialist, you will lead the strategy and activation for driving volume and revenue growth for creator brand agreements. You will guide the creator ads strategy, develop industry best practices, and partner with teams internally to drive understanding of the creator opportunity across your sector. Your knowledge of the creator ecosystem and social video landscape, combined with your strategic mindset, will shape how our existing and future creator products are deployed for maximum impact. You will bring a passion for building long-term creator strategies that inspire and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM, agency, and sales teams to drive the adoption of YouTube creator products, creator brand agreements, and Partnership ads revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership ads performance metrics, identifying trends and reporting on strategy effectiveness in driving sales outcomes.
  • Stay current with the latest creator trends, video best practices, platform updates, and participants activities to identify product innovation opportunities.
  • Identify high-potential creator opportunities and develop tailored strategies for growth and platform value.
  • Manage key creator-focused initiatives through third-party partners and communications to ensure consistent, well-executed deployment at scale.
