Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technology sales, AppDev or working with customers in a sales role.
  • 2 years of experience managing a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing high-growth teams that deliver disruptive innovations.
  • Experience in app business and ecosystem.
  • Expertise in scaling international operations by deconstructing complex market dynamics and implementing high-impact, localized solutions to navigate cross-border complexities.
  • Expertise unifying and empowering various, distributed teams to deliver and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the international growth strategy, ensuring alignment with sales goals and regional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and identify high-value opportunities for Google and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, unlocking transformational international growth opportunities for Google's advertisers. Showcase the value of Google's international growth solutions through presentations and industry events, generating pull-demand for services.
  • Partner with global customer solutions/AppDev leadership to ensure program agility and continuous adaptation to evolving customer needs and issues. Maintain a laser focus on commercial viability, identifying and securing the most valuable opportunities for both Google and clients.
  • Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring, empowering the team in sales, consultancy, and account management. Guide the team's professional growth, fostering new approaches to unlock international opportunities.
