Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience running and delivering results on projects across distributed regions and teams.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in ERP implementations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other leading ERP platforms and with cloud based ERP platforms.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience managing very large-cross functional teams.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-year ERP transformation programs, including in the technology or internet industry.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and related business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR).

As Director, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Google's enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the program delivers on its strategic objectives. You will drive the program to completion, ensuring the new ERP system is successfully integrated and adopted across Google's business units.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, budget, and resource plan for the ERP transformation, as well as change management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors. Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all program activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
