As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with public policy and legal to develop a deep understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Manage and evolve response operations by owning end-to-end processes for responding to researcher access requests and other legal/regulatory requests.
  • Represent YouTube in cross-Google working groups on relevant topics.
  • Communicate project schedules, priorities, and status to relevant stakeholders across YouTube and Google (including executives) as both a leader and thought partner.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems by developing and owning the implementation of solutions while prioritizing across a various set of stakeholder needs and timelines.
