Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
- Experience in leadership with New Product Introduction (NPI) operations management, or in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or development or operations engineering.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to predict risks and manage them to drive solutions with cross-functional teams for supply continuity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.Responsibilities
- Manage the factory and build readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Contract Manufacturer (CM) teams.
- Ensure production transitions through stages and meeting program goals. Manage NPI builds and ramp readiness with internal and external team.
- Lead the Operations team in planning and executing copy site validation builds and product ramps, and meet product launch demand.
- Manage all operations-related communications, upward and downward, throughout the organization. Escalate issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
- Initiate projects to enhance existing processes and reduce costs.
