Account Executive, New Business Sales (Multiple Languages)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and grow in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship. Build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
  • Design marketing strategies, product knowledge to drive long-­term success for our customers. Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies with stakeholders as an entrepreneur and benefit from extensive autonomy to deliver high, sustainable results.
