Regional Product Lead, Diversification, Product and Sales Activation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to structure a compelling story-line and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Ability to communicate in an additional European language fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the job

The role of Product and Services Activation (PSA) is to drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

The Diversification team within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Product and Sales Activation (PSA), is responsible for creating and scaling solutions for EMEA SMBs. In this role, you will be a key partner to sales teams and leadership, helping them to promote our products more effectively, and an advocate for the customer helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help realize our Go-to-market activation strategies for Diversification to drive customer growth.
  • Advocate YouTube and DemandGen products internally and externally as well as gauge their standing in the Social Market.
  • Educate GCS promoters through at-scale training, workshops and partnership with sales leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally and regionally, including global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, and gTech to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
  • Identify roadblocks in promoters workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organization (e.g., RSO) to solve these challenges and help promoters pitch more effectively.
