Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in management consulting, project management, procurement, planning or related areas, from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
- 5 years of people management experience.
- Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Experience implementing cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies within a procurement context.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, best practices and familiarity with digital technologies and their applications in procurement.
- Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive management, with the capacity to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, soliciting feedback, and implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.

Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's goal through impactful cross-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Process Ownership (GPO) pillars and executive leadership to define, develop, and execute a multi-year road-map for procurement, ensuring alignment with Google's overarching business objectives.
- Manage high-impact programs related to procurement, from creation and planning to execution and post-implementation review, including overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Advocate proactive change management, developing and implementing strategies ensuring successful adoption of new procurement strategies, processes, and systems across Google.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor program effectiveness, measure the impact of initiatives, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization by facilitating knowledge sharing, providing mentorship, and identifying opportunities for development.
