Minimum qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience leading projects across domains
- 10 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or managing commercial operations across multiple product lines or business units
- 10 years of people management experience, including managing managers and distributed teams
- 5 years of experience working with digital ads products, sales teams, or service operations, including both customer and competitive market analysis
- Experience presenting to, advising, and managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment
- Ability to manage, influence and persuade others without direct authority
- Strong business sense with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of integrity

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Product and Sales Activation team (PSA) is a global team whose mission is to bring product to market and market to product. We collaborate closely across partner teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Global Performance, and other GCS teams.
To accomplish this, the PSA organization combines strong strategic, problem solving, and execution skills with a strong drive for delivering results across a scaled, global organization.
The PSA Strategy and Operations team acts as the nerve center of PSA by streamlining product/GTM strategy, product incentives, and ensuring that PSA operates as a high performing organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000-$445,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate, and drive clear go-to-market strategies. This includes market analysis, competitive intelligence, identifying growth opportunities, and defining strategic priorities to guide the organization across product areas.
- Provide analysis, metrics (KPIs), and business intelligence to monitor performance, measure impact, and inform strategic and operational decisions by leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across different functions (e.g., RSO, GTM, gTech) to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Design, implement, and optimize processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability. This involves streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and building robust operational rhythms.
- Support the organization's ability to scale effectively. This can involve strategic projects, resource allocation, business planning, and a focus on long-term sustainability and growth.
