Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience driving product direction, go-to-market strategy, and design with data-driven decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business-related field.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.
- Experience with complex product/outbound customer work; knowledge of market, landscape, and customer/user requirements in-depth.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, launching successful app products in the market, and developing products with an understanding of current cloud technologies and services.
- Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively.
- Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.

The Monetization Incubation team plays a critical role in driving the growth and business generation of new and emerging Workspace value propositions, including important areas like Gemini, Appointment Scheduling, and Google Voice. We are tasked with unlocking the full business potential of these features, ensuring they are strategically employed to drive customer acquisition, deepen user engagement, encourage upgrades, and bolster long-term tenure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and usage of emerging Workspace features, focusing on user education, in-product contextual nudges, and targeted campaigns to deepen engagement.
- Design and execute programs to leverage new features for attracting new Workspace customers, including working with marketing on targeted marketing campaigns, and creating viral acquisition loops.
- Create and implement strategies to encourage existing users to upgrade to premium tiers, including in app campaigns and freemium motions.
- Partner with product teams to gather customer insights, understand user needs, and influence the product roadmap to optimize features for maximum revenue potential.
