Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management (workplace or facilities), with an emphasis on event management, hospitality, fitness, corporate services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with direct scaled commercial management, including contract ownership and CapEx/OpEx oversight, with the ability to deliver high-quality experiences with clear ROI measurement and business case development.
- Experience influencing and partnering with executive leadership and business units to align workplace programs with evolving regional growth and strategic goals.
- Experience with innovation in delivery efficiencies and regional contract management while acting with integrity in business transactions.
- Ability to lead multi-location, multi-service, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, and navigate critical change management processes with transparent stakeholder engagement and thorough communication.
- Ability to present complex strategies to large crowds.

Responsibilities
- Manage the operational delivery of multi-location/vendor/service strategies for event services, hospitality, fitness, or food and beverage services.
- Shape strategic service and experience delivery plans for Workplace Programs. Seamlessly align global objectives with regional growth and business priorities.
- Manage within the allocated budget, balancing spend allocation across multiple countries with evolving business demands and expectations. Ensure return on investment (ROI) relevancy for Workplace programs.
- Manage industry leading services and experiences, via multiple vendor partners using an established governance framework. Ensure regional nuances are thoughtfully integrated into operations.
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders. Mitigate business risks through planning, and maintain operational resilience in an evolving environment. Act with integrity in all business transactions and maintain readiness to travel across the region.
