- Experience in headcount and OKR management, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Understanding of financial principles.
- Ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Manage rhythm of business, organization operations, and ad-hoc organization related projects.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership, Finance, People Operations, and Operations partners to develop and maintain accurate headcount plans aligned with strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
- Work closely with Engineering Leadership and Finance to develop and manage the annual and quarterly Operating Expense (OPEX) budgets for the engineering organization.
- Develop compelling storyboards for team forums and collaborate with presenters to deliver clear and concise messaging to the global MAKE team.
- Advocate the adoption and consistent application of the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework within MAKE.
