- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics, or 2 years of experience with advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
About the job
The YouTube Business GTM Solutions Team (GTM) team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team is responsible for shaping go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly; enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities; driving efficiency across business operations; building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data infrastructure, insights reports, decision making models, dashboards). This team combines deep strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.This is a three year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role. In this role, you would contribute to multiple teams within the GTM team through six month assignments to support top priorities within the Central Planning and Operations, Product Activation, and Segment Go-to-Market teams. You will lead critical projects helping YouTube’s business grow and operate effectively and enabling our teams to execute against YouTube’s most critical priorities. Responsibilities
- Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
- Define and shape Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, quarterly forecasting.
- Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
- Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights, product/program data analysis (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets), dashboarding, and deck building.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
