Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a customer-facing analytical role in cyber security or information operations research and analysis.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an Information Operations analyst/operations role in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience investigating politically motivated information operations or tracking social media-driven influence and disinformation campaigns.
- Experience in stakeholder management, leading, presenting, and reporting to numerous audiences including executives.
- Strong familiarity with geopolitical issues and political analysis, particularly pertaining to China, North Korea, and the APAC region.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, with occasional same-day turnaround.

The Google Threat Intelligence Group - Intelligence Delivery (GTIG-ID) team provides intelligence services to customers in both the public and private sector, helping enable enhanced awareness of cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Google/Mandiant representative supporting a government organization and its dynamic mission requirements.
- Manage all facets of Mandiant Threat Intelligence products delivery, organization, and sharing to the customer.
- Apply rigorous analytic tradecraft to detect, investigate, track, and report on cyber-driven and social media-driven information operations.
- Functional understanding of information operations methodologies and application concepts.
- Work directly with clients to understand their threat concerns and set expectations for deliverables.
