Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical customer-focused roles, as well as experience in technical client or partner engineering at an enterprise software or cloud company.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly provide technical solutions to business problems.
- Excellent strategic acumen, strong business analytics and communication skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage change and a rapidly changing business environment.
- Passion for partnerships, driving results, and learning new technologies.

As a Starline Sales Partner Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to our most strategic enterprise partners. You will creatively problem-solve key technical challenges and enable partners to be successful - while helping create exceptional solutions for the Starline platform.
Our team is passionate about technology and our partners - who include many Enterprise leaders using a variety of video conferencing solutions for their day to day workplace use. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development, Sales/GTM, Product, and Engineering to help our partners and improve the Starline platform.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams and customers to develop, sign, and manage our pre-sales customers and the broader pipeline of customers to help scale usage.
- Build broad technical expertise and practical experience with partners and customers of Starline hardware and the Starline platform. Take technical ownership of key partnerships and customer accounts.
- Engage with internal and external product, infrastructure, and IT teams to resolve technical issues and propose solutions to ensure a seamless operation. Provide feedback from the partner to the Starline product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to products and our roadmap by being a technical advisor for how best to operate our platform with customers, ensuring all commerce and billing is operational between internal and external teams.
- Drive business analysis and provide business analytics and insight reports on Starline business development to senior management.
