Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- 3 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic workflows, RAG.
- Experience in Data processing, Analysis, Statistics.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, challenging, and impactful problems at the intersection of GenAI, Agentic AI and CyberSecurity.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features and capabilities within the Security Operations product, Security Intelligence and Security Language Model platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on new research and developments in the rapidly evolving GenAI and security spaces.
- Mentor and develop other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and high-quality engineering practices.
