Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working in direct executive support.
- Experience in calendar management over international time zones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Strong ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities
- Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations. Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Prepare and track expense reports, track department budgets, maintain spreadsheets and generate reports.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives within GTM and beyond. Use your judgement and discretion to make decisions especially in complex, ambiguous, and/or time sensitive situations.
- Gain deep understanding of the business and its people needs.
