Measurement Specialist, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience bringing relationships, models and best practices from prior roles to strengthen and grow the overall YouTube Music Social and Influencer marketing approach.
  • Understanding of Google/YouTube product expertise with the ability to make informed recommendations on leveraging both media and measurement products in ways that generate client learnings.

In this role, you will lead the strategy for third-party Brand Measurement across SPLA by directly working with Large Customer Sales (LCS) sellers and customers, with special focus on proving the value of YouTube's influencer marketing solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders internally and externally, work cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and drive the product activation strategy for LCS. You will build the needed partnerships externally with third-parties and influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market plan for the product area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy, advancing the third-party Brand measurement agenda within SPLA.
  • Drive partnership with Large Customer Sales (LCS) sales teams, Google advertisers, and Ad agencies to increase adoption and usage of internal and third-party brand measurement solutions, with a special focus on demonstrating the value of YouTube Influencer Marketing products and programs.
  • Monitor and report on key drivers and metrics, owning communication cadence with SPLA’s leadership team across area of specialism, with special focus on YouTube Influencer Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Agency and Partnerships teams to build a partner ecosystem, owning relationships with external partners to drive product innovation that enables stronger ways to prove the value of YouTube Influencer marketing solutions.
