Content Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital operations for YouTubeTV, Primetime Channels and media-related products. Oversee ingestion, processing, and delivery of Video on Demand (VOD) content, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
  • Monitor the health of VOD delivery systems, identifying and resolving any issues that could impact user experience.
  • Leverage expertise in video technologies to design operational processes and apply tools and automation solutions for growth.
  • Define, manage, and review operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide investments in operational processes and tools, and with YouTube's global vendor network to improve operational processes and tools.
