Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
- 5 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
- Portfolio of consumer-facing or enterprise-grade products, highlighting design sense and high-performance front-end technical capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar.
- 7 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with prototyping.
- Ability to develop, test, and launch complex products from the ground up.
- Excellent data science skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Partner with leads cross-functionally across product, UX, and Engineering to align UX Engineering efforts, to design, develop, and implement high-quality and scalable solutions, ensuring impactful product decisions.
- Guide and develop UX Engineers, providing feedback, coaching, and career growth support.
- Lead prototyping efforts to explore new concepts and validate design solutions through rapid iteration.
- Lead strategic direction of the UX and technical decision-making by proactively providing insights on implementation feasibility, scalability, and maintainability to influence design decisions.
- Provide thought leadership for system/platform-level thinking in front-end UI, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are designed with reusability, efficiency, and long-term maintainability to accelerate AI adoption across Workspace.
