Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing encompassing product positioning, narrative development, and collateral creation.
- Experience in managing external partners, driving stakeholder alignment, and expanding partner relationships.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the workforce development or education space with a passion for working with various organizations.
- Experience scaling communications across internal and external teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to develop and implement creative marketing ideas.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead high-impact marketing initiatives and activations, enabling Grow with Google to successfully meet learners, job seekers, and SMB owners where they are and via the institutions that help support them. You will leverage and grow partnerships, and drive impact through these relationships.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. - Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with key partners by serving as the primary point of contact for marketing collaboration, deepening engagement with industry partners, understanding their needs, and integrating Grow with Google's resources, particularly AI skilling programs, into their ecosystems to drive adoption and program impact.
- Contribute to identifying, creating and implementing effective marketing goals through business development by focusing on mission-aligned partners such as educational institutions, workforce development organizations that help drive mission while developing joint marketing plans and activating campaigns with them.
- Work across multiple teams to develop and refine comprehensive go-to-market strategies while executing partner initiatives that support marketing goals by identifying key stakeholders, building networks and fostering collaborative efforts that drive marketing success.
