As a Visual Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Help communicate design approach to other designers or partners (e.g., product manager).
  • Create design specifications (e.g., design specs, mock-ups, or product models) for implementation.
  • Identify design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Respond to evolving design constraints.
  • Apply essential design principles, patterns, and systems, use design tools and processes to help develop mock-ups or prototypes. Identify product or platform requirements. Follow well-defined design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Identify design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that help achieve business objectives.
