Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program management and coordinating large cross-organizational programs.
  • Experience in program management fundamentals for technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
  • Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence and accessibility.
  • Ability to be comfortably working with data and pulling insights from data.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Go To Market (GTM) organization, the umbrella organization for Global Business Applied AI (GBAI), provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) Tools teams are responsible for improving sales and support efficiency and effectiveness by building great tools for its users. Our team is the glue that binds the direction of the business with the needs of GBO in our CRM ecosytem. We accomplish this by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, gTech and GTM teams to deliver a delightful experience to our users.

In this role, you will focus on advocating complex tooling initiatives and will partner with colleagues from Product Management, Engineering, Sales, gTech and GTM teams to ensure strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders, prioritization of seamless experiences for our customers and successful execution of high priority initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, governance, and communication structures.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Drive governance and engagement cadence across multiple work streams to ensure clear decision and escalation paths.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and subject matter experts to proactively identify and surface risks, action items or key dependencies impacting program delivery quality or timeline.
