Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in field marketing.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing multiple partner marketing programs.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and in leading programs or initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Experience in the cloud market, and experience in and passion for partner marketing.
- Project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills externally and internally.

The Google Cloud Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness, interest and consideration about Google Cloud among enterprises, start-ups, partners, and developers, while assisting our audience through a seamless customer journey, from interest to discovery, trial, commitment and advocacy, fueling market share growth.
The Partner Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness and interest about Google Cloud specifically among our partner community consisting of global system integrators, regional system integrators, tech partners, and cloud native partners to name a few.
As a Partner Marketing Lead, you will be a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of Google Cloud and part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You will enable partners into our partner ecosystem in the DACH region and will be responsible for in-depth co-marketing relationships with some of our most strategic partners. You will be a professional marketer driving Google Cloud awareness, new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs together with our DACH partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Drive and own the overall partner marketing strategy and program for Google Cloud in the DACH sub-region.
- Align and manage partner marketing budgets and analyze the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns to determine return on investment (ROI) and partner prioritize resources.
- Align with business stakeholders on overarching performance expectations and results. Work closely with direct Marketing to include partners in Google’s owned and operated campaign.
- Lead and develop Partner Marketing campaigns for the DACH market in tight alignment with local priorities and working closely with the EMEA and global Partner Marketing teams.
- Grow awareness, familiarity, and perception for Google Cloud on key themes for the corporate traditional segment.
