Regional Learning Adoption Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management in an organization with implementing structure and process into new initiatives, departments or projects.
  • 3 years of experience developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive desired goals.
  • Experience launching and managing education or development programs and campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders both within our organization and at client organizations, collaborating with them to achieve clear outcomes while maintaining relationships.
  • Experience with Google Cloud.

About the job

As the In-Region Adoption Program Manager, you are integral to landing the Go-to-Market strategy for Google Cloud Learning developers and the future workforce in the North America region.

In this role, you will solve problems, drive impact at scale, and have a reputation for building relationships. You will facilitate collaboration and partnership with external partners (in higher education institutions, the public sector, and private sector) as well as internal stakeholders across Google (in public policy, training business development, training delivery, marketing, business, Grow with Google, and more) to help drive pipeline and talent in the region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust Go-to-Market strategy with internal and external stakeholders to drive impact in priority countries and with priority audiences across the North America region.
  • Identify critical initiatives and launch relevant campaigns with cross-functional teams to build a strong talent and ecosystem pipeline in higher education and customer segments such as startups, Small/Medium Businesses (SMBs), public sector, and enterprises. 
  • Create and maintain accurate program and campaign documentation, including strategy briefs, project/campaign plans, workflows, processes, roles and responsibilities, work back schedules, and status reports to ensure the campaign can be successfully launched and run on time and within budget.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing program progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
  • Manage a schedule of live and virtual events to drive engagement with learning programs and virtual job fairs.
