Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in a talent procurement or content production role.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams, managing relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing complex projects with a focus on relationships and change management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to learn and develop with a focus on leadership, mentorship, and community building.
- Ability to work separately and navigate ambiguity within a dynamic organization.
- Ability to contribute at all levels, from strategic planning to tasks.
- Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including technical and business audiences.

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.
The Thought Leadership team is a group of experts within Marketing that have relationships with external thought leaders and their agents, and program speakers for our events and experiences across Google.
Responsibilities
- Produce thought leadership content for CXO partners and clients at top CXO events. Manage content strategy for both internal and external speakers.
- Lead programs such as Dialogues, including developing content strategy, overseeing pre and post production, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and managing the edit and approvals process.
- Oversee and lead the video production of all broadcast functions at events. Manage the upkeep and strategy of the Google Minds YouTube channel.
- Write scripts and narratives for Senior Vice President (SVPs) at key events. Own speaker briefings with high-profile speakers and Google executives, thinking through the narrative for each presentation or conversation.
- Manage strategic relationships with thought leaders who meet business goals and be an advocate for AI across all work, keeping up to date with all the latest Google AI announcements and products.
