Within ISG’s Strategy and Operations, the Program Operations team’s mission is to connect people, processes, and product strategy to drive operational efficiencies and customer outcomes across ISG. We exist to maximize leadership impact by connecting the dots across teams, standardizing and centralizing business processes, reducing toil, supporting leaders, and driving organizational change.
As an ISG Program Manager, you will work with Product and Engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to understand product strategy, define and align program strategy, coordinate resources, design, document, improve, automate, scale processes, develop business and controls, and land key business initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the annual planning cycle, including OKR planning, strategy and resource planning. Define and track key product/business metrics/KPIs, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, drive annual planning for headcount spend across prioritized initiatives.
- Lead projects and short-term deep dives: lead product area-wide, cross-functional project teams in structuring and executing analyses required to develop recommendations; communicate findings to senior management.
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish; manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Provide insightful data-driven recommendations to leadership, and work with cross-functional teams to drive product-specific or organization-wide initiatives: partnerships, channel strategy and incentives, community/feedback, business KPI analytics/deep dives, business programs, etc.
