Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients, advising on marketing or business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and advertising products (e.g., Ads, Analytics, Marketing Platform, etc).
  • Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment or financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Help to prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution.
  • Use predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve challenges, uncover opportunities and develop solutions for client business. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
  • Seek out key decision makers, challenge the status quo and influence decisions by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally. Foster and own client relationships including marketing or advertising, analytics, finance and corporate strategy.
  • Partner with internal and external Product, Research, Data and Measurement teams to bring full analytical capabilities to customers.
  • Consult with clients as an industry advocate and analyst on their total opportunity and value delivered for driving their business outcomes with a growth mentality.
