Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales/relationship management in the technology industry in a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
- Experience executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
About the job
The gReach Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects for one year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and drive successful adoption of Google Cloud.
- Cultivate Google Cloud product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction over the phone with customers.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to improve the overall experience.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements to the content that we share.
- Identify opportunities to advocate for other products.
