Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in vendor strategy and operations, either in vendor management working with the client or in vendor delivery working with the supplier.
- Experience with advanced spreadsheet, SQL or Looker.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise/B2B support delivery models, extended workforce or offshoring delivery models, operational efficiency transformation or management/operations consulting.
- Experience executing large-scale strategic and operational initiatives within a Global team.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, to drive change at all levels within an organization, and to build working relationships.
- Passion for advanced technologies such as leveraging Generative AI tools and enhancing the quality, effectiveness and creativity of the deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Oversee a large vendor network distributed across different sites or products for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) support.
- Own and manage the relationships with the vendor service providers, own service delivery performance partnering closely with suppliers and internal Google Cloud teams to ensure high quality output and successful customer outcomes.
- Lead regular business reviews ensuring sites or products are meeting/exceeding goals.
- Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions to address these in collaboration with vendor sites and business stakeholders.
- Understand end-to-end processes impacting the operation (i.e., agreement, finances, capacity, workflows, etc.) and support the relevant stakeholders driving these efforts.
