Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media and understanding of Google’s advertising suite (e.g., Search, YouTube, Display, Video) and the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Experience working with the Saudi Arabian market, including understanding of its business landscape, cultural nuances, and key industry players.
  • Experience developing and executing complex business plans that drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience in people management, with an ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Track record of building and managing relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders in large organizations.

Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to online platforms and the use of AI powered platforms and solutions. We are positioned to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the AI. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, ensuring consistent delivery on quarterly and annual business goals.
  • Oversee the management of Google’s advertising business in Saudi Arabia, serving as the primary steward for market health and expansion. Advocate the KSA agenda internally, aligning cross-functional teams on business priorities and driving seamless collaboration to support market objectives.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in Saudi market dynamics to anticipate client needs, partner with businesses to solve complex challenges, align marketing objectives, and define clear success metrics.
  • Build and nurture trusted strategic relationships with C-level client counterparts, partners, and executive market stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Industry Managers and Account Managers across sites. Set clear team priorities and foster a decision-making culture aligned with Google’s values.
