Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of inventory management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to present audit findings and recommendations to executive management.
- Ability to be proactive, results-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will serve the NASA operational teams to ensure that inventory stewardship becomes a key priority and ensure that best inventory management practices are followed. In addition, you will have a relentless focus on removing excess and obsolete inventory from the system through cross-functional collaboration.
In this strategic and influential role, you will be instrumental in shaping our logistics infrastructure. You will develop and own the core operational forecast that drives company planning and critical budgeting. A major focus is optimizing our global service center footprint to meet data center needs and utilization goals, including mastering site-level labor demand planning. You will advocate for inventory excellence, leading all stewardship practices—from accuracy and shrinkage to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) controls—in direct partnership with Operations. Finally, you will serve as the primary liaison, driving logistics initiatives and resolving high-level escalations with key partner teams like New Product Introduction (NPI) and Data Center Operations.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive regional inventory performance for cycle counts, system accuracy, and adjustments. Analyze excess/obsolete (E&O) inventory to optimize warehouse space and utilization.
- Lead critical process improvements, collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to establish best practices and ensure timely execution of corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify discrepancies, risks, and root causes. Present actionable reports to stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
- Implement audit schedules and verification protocols. Guarantee compliance with internal standards, SOX, and regulatory requirements by partnering with warehouse teams.
- Serve as the central contact for inventory issues. Partner across Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to enhance controls and reduce system-wide E&O inventory.
