Minimum qualifications:

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As the Partner Enablement Lead, you will shape the strategy for educating our agency partners on Global Product Priorities and gTech Media and Tech Services, increasing coverage on direct customer activation and influencing both product adoption and business growth. You will own agency enablement for the entire product area, working with cross-functional stakeholders to define the strategy, menu of service, goals, and educational roadmap. With agency enablement as a top priority for gTech, this role will give you the opportunity to shape an area of the business with massive potential for growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching agency enablement strategy and educational roadmap for a global product priority/area (e.g. Search+, YouTube+, etc.). Lead our team’s Menu of Service for your area of product ownership and design scalable gPEG enablement bundles.
  • Act as a Channel Owner (e.g.. for GCAS, LCS EMEA, GCS etc.) to promote and deploy gPEG’s enablement bundles and MoS. Advocate for your channel’s business needs by setting educational goals, securing partnerships and experts, and requesting new content when needed.
  • Partner with numerous teams, including product and sales counterparts, to design and deploy gPEG bundles for agencies and set annual goals.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team by leading projects that support the team’s distributed culture and large scale internal operations.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to build trust, manage expectations, and increase demand for our services.
