As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As the Program Manager in Search, you will lead for human evaluations across a large, complex program supporting all of Search - including Search GenAI. You will be able to pull up and understand the overall ecosystem of external and internal partners, and also get into the details of solving challenging operational and cross-functional problems. You will work to drive operational excellence for our current state while building out strategy for our long term state, working to accelerate Search velocity. You will work to built new workflows and program models for Search GenAI products.In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global cross-functional operations focused on human evaluation programs, particularly within the cutting-edge field of Generative AI workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships by effectively communicating and partnering with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage your technical understanding of human evaluation in the GenAI context to identify opportunities, drive operational improvements, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take full ownership of operational programs end-to-end, applying strong program management skills to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering a supportive environment by uplifting colleagues and partners, while being ready to dive into the details to solve challenges directly.
