You will have a clear goal of the future of UX writing, content design, and the leadership and know-how to make things happen and will set the standard for the UX Content Design practice not only as a means of delivering solutions, but as a way of deepening understanding and driving strategic conversations in a problem space. You will build, grow, and retain a high performing team, guide UX content design processes, and mentor the talented members of your team. You will partner with leaders across UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Localization teams to create and launch experiences across YouTube.
