  • Experience with technical demo setup and troubleshooting, including flashing Android builds, sideloading apps, and troubleshooting issues during demos.
  • Experience in designing and delivering impactful product demonstrations in XR or a related tech industry.
  • Knowledge of XR technologies, including hardware, software, development platforms, and relevant software/tools.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Program Manager for Android XR will deliver demo experiences to internal and external stakeholders at events, conferences, trade shows, partner meetings, press engagements, and more. This role requires flexibility for domestic and international travel to attend industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

team is at the forefront of the next major leap – the convergence of AI and XR. This is more than just new devices – it's about reimagining how we interact with the world around us. We're building a future where
lightweight XR devices like smart glasses and headsets pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver positive demo experiences for internal and external stakeholders, conferences, and trade shows to showcase Android XR as a unified platform for the Gemini era, ranging from immersive headsets to lightweight AI glasses.
  • Present high-impact narratives and value propositions to executive audiences, leveraging business knowledge and communication while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage technical execution, including device provisioning, setup, real-time debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues during high-profile activations.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of demos and events from conception to completion, managing scope, logistics, cross-functional collaboration with cross-product area teams, and real-time operations.
  • Develop comprehensive technical workflows, setup instructions, and demo scripts to ensure repeatable positive experiences and seamless back-end management.
