Recruiter, Programs Hiring (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position through 12/31/26.

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in university, campus, early-career recruiting, or hiring for specific programs.
  • Experience designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract talents.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and university partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigate a complex, data-driven organization.

As part of the APAC Talent Engagement Team, the Programs Hiring Team is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to support programs (including Campus and gReach) that are critical to meeting key market priorities, through collaboration with global and in-region teams.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit talent in a competitive market to effectively support hiring for programs aligned to local market priorities, including gReach, new grad, and intern programs.
  • Provide an efficient candidate experience from application stage to offer.
  • Collaborate on the talent strategy of programs and initiatives to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product area recruiters and the business in developing strategies and driving conversion for program pipelines.
