Google One delivers the best of Google AI including Gemini Advanced, Workspace, NotebookLM, and Whisk through the AI Premium subscription. The Google One Marketing team is a fluid and dynamic team that is responsible for driving and delivering Gemini business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the CRM program for AI Premium subscriptions, as part of Google One. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM marketer to lead our email marketing efforts. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing life-cycle email campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion. You will possess strong investigative skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. You will launch multiple email campaigns and experiments globally with cross-functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full life-cycle email marketing campaigns. Plan, create, and implement engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, subscriptions, and drive winback efforts. 
  • Build and segment audiences. Utilize data to create audience segments for personalized email communications across our users life-cycle.
  • Measure, analyze and socialize campaign performance, track key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns through A/B testing efforts.
  • Drive impact on North Star business metrics. Align email marketing efforts with key business goals, such as increasing free trials, paid subscriptions.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategy. Create a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with Google One/Gemini Advanced overall marketing objectives.
