Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliance management in the technology sector.
  • 5 years of experience working with the Brazilian enterprise market and businesses.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and the engaged landscape.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals for partner-sourced pipeline and business.

About the job

As an experienced Artificial Intelligence Partner Development Manager Specialist, you will join our Latin America Partners Practices Go-To-Market team. As a thinker with a passion for artificial intelligence and a demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships, you will be dedicated to the Brazilian market and instrumental in developing and scaling our artificial intelligence partner ecosystem.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the Brazilian market, identifying and prioritizing key artificial intelligence-focused partners.
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., regional Partner Development Managers, the Go-To-Market Practice Team, and global counterparts) to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner plans.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Readiness team to deliver business and technical enablement to our priority partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Originate and guide innovative go-to-market ideas that can be scaled across the Brazilian and broader Latin America partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with partners to plan and execute demand generation events aimed at creating a pipeline of new opportunities each quarter, especially for Gemini enterprise.
