Administrative Business Partner, Partnership Solution, Top Partners (Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Ability to be highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while proactively and solution-oriented, anticipating potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations to guidelines and preferences set by the business and executives.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a various range of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$133,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and optimize calendars, travel, expenses and priorities for executives across multiple timezones while operating effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Anticipate executive needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identify issues, develop creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail while growing in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Execute multiple end-to-end events including summits, offsites, onsites, partner events, speaking engagements and leadership summits with both internal and external audiences while creatively crafting team-wide communications.
  • Maintain the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an understanding of Google policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively as a member of the Global Partnerships ABP Community and contribute to site and culture initiatives.
