Senior Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales, Agency (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As an Analytical Lead at Google, your focus will be to leverage data and analytics to deliver business growth for some of the largest companies in Brazil. You will work with agencies and partners, acting as a consultant and advisor on measurement solutions and identifying new opportunities, always maintaining a growth-oriented approach.

This role involves finding insights from data and effectively communicating them to drive action. You will utilize your communication skills to address key challenges, such as measuring attribution across online and offline platforms, developing consumer insights, and creating data-driven strategies to develop business through digital media. You will also play an important role in ensuring these solutions are implemented, advocating for change within client organizations and presenting your recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop measurement maturity with Google’s agencies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
