As a Strategic Negotiator, you combine your deep market knowledge of a given sector with tech industry savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions to support Google's infrastructure growth. In this role, you’ll work with the land acquisition team and other cross-functional project teams to ensure that owned land assets complete all required pre-data center construction development activities to meet the requirements of the asset supply plan of record (APOR) for data center capacity delivery. This includes delivering sites at the time, cost, capacity, and with the characteristics as required, ensuring the ability to construct reliable, scalable, and cost-effective data center capacity. You will serve as the main site lead post-site acquisition through end of life for relevant site activities, maintaining and facilitating internal and external relationships necessary for continued development and operational success.
