  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly creative environment, think strategically, and define complex programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.

About the job

As an Integrated Producer on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will play a key role in the production of creative assets, including video, digital and social creative production whether fully or partially conducted in-house or with our external agency partners. The Integrated Producer is responsible for executions that honor our brand voice, design standards, and video/animation styles, while extending our brand into new touchpoints and applications with directional consistency.

In this role, you will bring expertise across a range of channels and formats (e.g. digital, broadcast, social) to drive executional excellence both within the internal team, and through external agencies, ensuring all teams are positively motivated to deliver their best creative work, on time, and on budget, while also ensuring licensing approvals and legal compliance.

You will work closely with the leads across Marketing, Product and Sales to deliver campaigns, videos, creative assets, and design tools and templates that will help to build our brands with both efficiency and consistency.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple workstreams in a highly creative environment. Maintain and advocate for the highest level of craft in every piece of work. 
  • Find, source, and manage production partners to support the work. Educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines for projects.
  • Be able to project manage/lead projects and efforts between multiple stakeholders and teams within Google Ads Marketing. Manage and prioritize frequent feedback from multiple stakeholders as projects develop (includes flagging issues and proactively identifying possible solutions).
  • Enable creative teams with the tools and resources necessary to do their best work, including establishing and managing schedules, budgets, and production partners. 
  • Plan and execute integrated productions: film, photography, interactive design and development, animation, etc.
