Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in SoC manufacturing development and production ramp.
- 7 years of experience with capacity modeling, execution planning, production KPI’s and managing high volume SOC manufacturing operations with foundry, OSAT’s, equipment and turnkey chip suppliers.
- 7 years of experience working with semiconductor fabrication technologies, yield analysis, process life-cycles and driving cost and quality initiatives in production.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience across all test insertions (e.g., probe, final test, SLT) and optimizing cycle time throughout the manufacturing flow.
- Experience with foundry and OSAT operations, including output management, yield improvements, and resolving equipment-related losses.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques to leverage WAF, physical design, and yield data for test process optimization in high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience in developing and implementing WIP tracking and Capacity planning across multiple OSATs.
- Knowledge of statistical fundamentals for data analysis control design and with excellent communication skills and success in managing vendor relationships.

You will be creating capacity planning solutions, scenario planning across multiple Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Tests (OSAT’s), translating this into a deployment plan and enable real-time tracking of the implemented solutions across the manufacturing line. You will be responsible for defining the line health metrics and implementing them to provide execution teams with necessary indicators and reports to enable proactive problem-solving. You will scale to incorporate AI/ML model applications to drive cycle time, cost and quality improvements.
In this role, you will also be a part of the team selecting and managing the suppliers who provide us foundry, wafer probe, assembly and final test capabilities to manufacture google cloud SOC’s. Using these partnerships, you will be required to create the silicon manufacturing operations solutions and will have the knowledge of the fully supply chain and integrating the data across the suppliers is key to building a comprehensive operations system that will enable predictable SOC deliveries to the customer on schedule and at high quality.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build operation systems infrastructure that will address Work-In-Process (WIP) tracking and manufacturing line execution across multiple OSAT’s.
- Define necessary performance indicators and enable systems that will track real-time performance to metrics to ensure manufacturing line is running optimally from foundry, CP, FT and SLT and finished goods inventory environments.
- Create real time data views, reporting and indicators to enable execution teams to solve problems across the full manufacturing flow.
- Utilize AI/ML models and data analysis tools to identify trends that may impact product delivery schedules, quantity/quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supply chain to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts and ensure manufacturing capacity is not a limiter. Act on demand forecast changes and line manufacturing data to drive improvements across manufacturing chain to ensure predictable supply to customer.
